Collaborative for Health and Aging

Learning Modules

The McMaster Collaborative for Health and Aging is developing a series of online learning modules for researchers and trainees on the design, implementation, evaluation, and scale-up of patient-oriented health interventions in aging. Modules will draw upon relevant research as case examples to highlight important concepts, videos and apply theories and frameworks in patient-oriented research on aging.

Developing Complex Patient-Oriented Health Interventions

Developing Complex, Patient-Oriented Health Interventions

The Developing Complex, Patient-oriented Health Interventions module provides guidance to researchers, using a real-world example, to illustrate how to co-design a complex, patient-oriented intervention for older adults with multiple chronic conditions.

Scale and Spread of Health Interventions Learning Module

Scale & Spread of Health Interventions

The Scale and Spread of Health Interventions module provides researchers and trainees with the knowledge to successfully plan and scale-up effective health interventions and introduces several methods, tools, and frameworks that informs this process.

Resources developed and provided by the McMaster Collaborative for Health and Aging are supported with funding from the Ontario SPOR SUPPORT Unit, which is supported by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, the Province of Ontario and partner Ontario hospital foundations and institutes.
